Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Did you ever stop to think about the world we live in. Full of indecisiveness, chaos and turmoil? If you think it seems that way to many of us, multiply it by a few million and this is what God sees daily. The world and the people in it which belong to Him. Created by Him for us to enjoy in peace and harmony. The state of this world is damaged because man has done this, not God. But, even with that being said, do you realize it is up to us to make it better for ourselves and others. Where would we be and how would we survive if there were not those who hold up the bloodstained banner, if there were not testimonies to the goodness of the God we serve? What if witnesses did not come forward to proclaim that
He is the same ever doing God to lift Him up, to encourage, to exalt the WORD. Believe me the devil is on his job 24/7, this is why now more than ever we need to be fully clothed in the armor of God. Travailers, mourners, prayer warriors, intercessors, watchmen, we need to stay battle ready for the enemy is cunning. As a comfort we know how the story ends-
We Win. So give of your Best to the Master, be available, stay prayed up , we are helpers one to another. I was going through some reading materials on my bookshelf and found a message in by Max Lucado called a prayer in Dark Times I would like to share with my siblings here on Guardians.
It is a good thing you were born at night. This world sure seems dark.
I have a good eye for silver linings. But they seem dimmer lately. The
whole world seems on edge. Trigger happy. Ticked off. We hear threats
of chemical weapons and nuclear bombs. Are we one button-push
away from annihilation? Your world sees a bit darker these days. You
came at night. The shepherds were night shift workers. The wise men
followed a star. It was dark then too. Dark with Herod's jealousy.
Joseph took you and your mom into Egypt. You were an immigrant
before you were a Nazarene. We are weary of bloodshed and pain.
We like the wise men are looking for a star. We like the shepherds
are kneeling at a manger(altar). We ask you, hear us, heal us, help
us, be born anew in us.
Hopefully, Your Children
Forge on Saints and Trust In God who will not fail us. To God be the Glory.
Our hope is in Christ Jesus. Don't slack up now-Press your way to victory
in the Matchless name of Jesus Christ. Seek HIM even the more. Be Encouraged
