We Need One Another

         Ephesians 4 :1-3

                I therefore , the prisoner of the Lord , beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation where with ye are called ; with all lowliness and meekness , with longsuffering , forbearing one another in love ; endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace .

                     The bible calls us the family even though at times that would be very hardtop tell we get so busy having church , going to church and doing church stuff but at the same time , very few of us come together for the sake of dealing with issues of life . You have to understand that the devil knows that as long as he keeps us divided that we will never realize the potential that we have and how we can put a dent in his schemes .

                      So what he does is allow for us to keep division between us that we will be too busy fighting one another , allowing our families to go to hell in a hand basket because we will not realize that there is a unity that we need to get to for the sake of our children , our communities and our world . Question how many Christians do you know that live in your community and how often do you come together for the sake of fellowship and being an encouragement to one another .

                      We have become so church bound that we really have lost the impact that we are called to have on this would . The purpose of our church is to educate and empower us to go into the world and make a difference . but instead of us coming together to look out for each others children, we spend more time causing divison because we got the nerve to not like someone else who is just as much a child of God as you are . We spend more time not liking them and trying to find ways to get even with them when we should be praying for them .

                       Looking at what part we play and finding ways that we can be an encouragement even to them . This is what will take a bite out of what the devil is trying to do . This is what will allow for us to raise our children in the way that they will not depart . They will remember what they saw in us , how we act and the love that we have shown even to those who talked about us . They will remember how we went out of our way for the sake of Christ and for others .
